1. Acceptance
By using Depar HR you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under it.
3. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not entitled to, or disrupt the platform.
4. Billing
Pricing is finalized at the end of any trial. Fees are billed as described on your plan.
5. Data & ownership
You own your data. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend access for material breach.
7. Liability
The service is provided 'as is' to the maximum extent permitted by law.
